The Triano SP (super-powered) hearing aid filters out background noises and is superior to any other hearing aid I have ever had. I hear better even though "I am not supposed to", according to many other hearing professionals I have dealt with.

I received my first aid in November. It worked fine but developed a damaged case. I returned it the latter part of January and was really surprised and pleased to receive a brand new aid that works even better in less then 3 weeks.

I LOVE MY HEARING AIDS! Oh my! I wear them 10-12 hours a day and have had a great deal of fun hearing some new things I hadn't heard in awhile.
I had to wear the one in my left ear for only about 4 hours a day to start with, as I was simply overwhelmed by hearing sound in that ear after so long with having NOT. I can't thank you enough for making "hearing better", affordable for me!

Model E-390 i am so pleased with my new hearing aids. i have missed out on so many sounds! so easy to use and fit. particularly like the price as most audiologists i spoke to told me my hearing was 'too bad for any aid to help' and then wanted to charge me $5000 for one aid! such helpful service too! thank you for giving me the pleasure of hearing my child again!
Wow. What service. I recieved my Rexton Targa half shell and it is everything Lloyds advirtised it as and more. There is no futher ajusting needed and I can hear again. It fits so well I don't even know it is there. When I sent an e-mail to Lloyds they responded right away to my inquiry. What great service. When taking the audiogram test online, it came out the as one I had done at a doctors office. Lloyds makes it easy and affordable to obtain hearing aids. I will be a Lloyds customer for life.

I just wanted to advise those who are wondering if this site is reputable. It is. I have had my hearing aids since July 2005 and they are great. Lloyd's directed me to the aids I needed, not the ones I wanted and I have great aids for a lot less than the name brand I wanted. I had an issue where one of my aids did not fit exactly good, and Lloyds immediately sent me another kit to redo the mold. I got my aid back extremely fast. Lloyd's did what they said they would do and the service was better than expectations.

Did you know that your website is awesome and very unique? Most of the other sites I have visited online do not show pictures of hearing aids and the the price at the same time. In fact, most of the websites don't even let you know if you are looking at shell, behind the ear, or completely in Canal. Who wants to buy a "pig in a poke"? I am so pleased with my hearing aid, it's like hearing for the first time . . I dropped a doggie cookie on the floor and heard it hit the linoleum!!! I went to my physical therapy session this morning and didn't have to ask my therapist to repeat his instructions over and over again . . .I can hear my favorite music and it sounds WONDERFUL . . Keep your eyes open for another aid similar to this bad boy for my right ear . . . !! I'm already planning on purchasing another.

I stepped on a hearing aid last week, called you and you sent me a loaner the same day I think. When I tried on the loaner, I decided maybe I would enjoy the BTE more than the in the ear. Today Bill, from Lloyds, called and after talking with him - I decided to try the Rexton Grand D. If it is nearly as good, and I expect it to be better, I can hardly wait to get it!! I AM SO EXCITED TO THINK BETTER HEARING IS ON IT'S WAY!! Thanks to all your help! I really appreciate it and will let you know how it works for me. Dear Mr. Palmquist:
Thank you for the excellent service you have just recently provided to me. When I called you, you understood my hearing problem and not only adjusted my hearing aid plus you returned it to the factory for the modification to the shell of the aid. This was an adjustment some months after I purchased the hearing aid and could not hear as I thought I should be able too.
Now the hearing aids are more comfortable to wear. I can also hear much better plus I can use the other programs in restaurant situations and when I'm in a room where acoustics are a problem for me.

........My hearing aids are the behind the ear type so the ear molds that I had been wearing on my old aids could be swapped over to the new ones real easy.....
....Miracle Ear brand of hearing aid is probably going to be the most expensive because it is the most widely advertised hearing on the market. It is NOT the best, there are a lot of other brands out there that are far more superior to Miracle Ear. I know this because I worked for about two years for a friend in the hearing aid business in Mobile while in between jobs 15 years ago.
....I am very pleased with my purchase and I know that Lloyd Hearing Aid and Andy Palmquist can save you some money on your next hearing aid or set of aids.
Andy... Just a note to tell you how pleased with my new Siemens Triano C-I-C hearing aids. Everything you told me is true. I can hear better than I could with my old in-the- canal units. Not just a little better but greatly so. I can hear and enjoy the television without asking my wife to repeat the words. I can talk on the telephone without oscillation and with normal gain. I can talk to my grandson and hear all his words. The Triano aids automatically adjust the volume and permit me to converse in the presence of background noise. I use both programs you installed which switch automatically to suit conditions. I leave the aids in all day and enjoy people asking me "do I still wear hearing aids?" I thank you for your care and attention. My wife also thanks you for making her life better. Please use my commendation in any way you wish.

Yes I did received the aids. Boy the difference is really noticeable. I am amazed at the volume capability alone....and I notice a definite difference in the sound quality and I am working to adjust myself accordingly. It is very different than what I am used to.
I think you did a very good job in adjusting the aids for my needs. I will be forwarding the copy of the audiogram though once I get it, and if you see any variations that might me needed you can let me know.
